Caribbean stud Poker is normal Five-Card Stud Poker with a small twist: one of the dealer?s cards is constantly displayed. Players fight versus the dealer, fairly than other players.
After placing the ante bet, the player and dealer both get five cards; one of the dealer?s cards is dealt face up. The player should currently choose moreover to fold, if he does not feel he can beat the dealer?s hand, or to raise and face the dealer. If the player decides to fold, he loses the ante bet and the game is ended. To decide the game winner after the player has raised, the dealer?s hand should first ?qualify?. In Caribbean Poker, the dealer?s hand succeeds if it ranks as High Card with an Ace and a King or ranks as a Pair or better. If the dealer?s hand does not eligible, the player succeeds 1 to 1 on the ante bet and “pushes” the raise bet.
If the dealer?s hand does eligible, the top ranking hand succeeds. If the dealer?s hand ranks higher, the player loses both the ante bet and the raise bet. If the player?s hand ranks higher, the player succeeds 1 to 1 on the ante bet and succeeds the raise bet calculated depending on the Raise Pay Table.
